Refund Policy

General Policy

Due to the digital and immediately accessible nature of NikahClarity assessments, all purchases are generally final and non-refundable once a quiz link has been generated and sent.

Exceptional Circumstances

We consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis in the following situations:

• A technical error on our end prevented your quiz from being delivered or completed
• You were charged more than once for the same purchase (duplicate billing)
• Your quiz link was never sent — i.e., you purchased but no link was generated

What Is Not Refundable

• ✕You changed your mind about the marriage prospect
• ✕You did not find the report helpful (results are advisory, not guaranteed)
